Southampton Mela Festival 2011: Hoglands Park, Saturday 16 July 2011. Fantastic event was held at Hoglands Park on Saturday 16 July and City Centre Management teamed up with Hampshire Chamber of Commerce to be on hand to advise on all things Southampton! Our colleagues at SMTC Markets kindly donated two gazebos for our use at the Mela.
